its pretty greasy no flavor and he puts onions out of a bucket on the patties and the extras that fall off he scrapes up with the same spatula he cooks with thats cross contamination

The burger was delicious and is definitely worth the stop. One of the best I have had while traveling. The place has a unique nostalgic that you seldom find anymore amongst all the chain restaurants. The owners were extremely nice and you can tell they work hard day in and day out. From that they have earned a new customer anytime I’m in Tulsa.

The first time I visited this place it was very good! This is my second visit and I will not be returning. I was told my wait time would be 10 minutes and ended up being closer to 20 minutes which wasn't horrible but when I received my food it was BURNT!!! They served me 2 bags of very burnt okra and when I told them I didn't want it and asked for it to be remade, the cook refused to remake my okra and instead told me I would have to get a refund. He was very rude and I will not be returning.

Stayed in Tulsa for one night during my long drive across the country. I decided to give this place a try after driving by it on my way to the hotel, and I’m really glad I did. The service was great and the owners were very friendly. The burger was delicious too.

My gas station guy. Told me about Hanks. . I had to go. Good size burger for the money. Route 66. Historical. 66ers need to promote them more. Classic. BEST ONION RINGS EVA!. Close early. Don't miss them. Just west of the 66 Mingo traffic circle. North side of the road . Hole in the wall. Greasy spoon. HISTORICAL. EXCELLENT .

The burger was fantastic with just a slight crunch on the outside. There is no ketchup to ruin this burger. Mustard only please and thank you. The tator tots are crisp and hot. It's amazing what a good meal like that can do for a person. There's no frills, no pretense of being something it's not. As I said above, I left the area a few years ago, and if there is one place I could have brought with me it would have been Hank's. Nothing can equal it here. I've tried to find and I can't.

They have some of the best people and hamburgers around. I love eating here.

One of the best burgers in town! It had a toasted bun which is absolutely mandatory for a top grade cheeseburger. And the fries were crispy. Not limp and wimpy like other places.

Friendliest people that you can meet. Been wanting one of them old fashion hamburgers that will drip a little grease when you bite into it. Guess What? I finally got one. Delicious!!!!!. When they say 10 or 15 minutes for your meal to be ready ( When busy)they mean it and worth the wait. I would recommend Hank's Hamburgers. !!! AWESOME!!!!👍

This is hands down one of the top 3 Burger joints in all of Northeast Oklahoma. I have been going here since I was a kid and have taken more people than I can count for lunch here. It's a simple old school burger place that's does that perfect. The fried okra is amazing as well. Dennis and staff are fantastic people, if your in the area this place is one of a kind.

Give Hank's Special a try! Good burgers and great service. There is more room to sit down than it looks like from the road. They are really busy at lunch time, but it is definitely worth the wait. We arrived at 2:00 and got right in. One of the best burgers in Tulsa!

With out a doubt the best Hamburger and fries I have ever eaten . I'm 75 and believe me I eaten a lot of Hamburgers . The price is very reasonable and the quality very consistent .

Hanks has a great atmosphere and amazing staff! Although the establishment is small in stature, you lose absolutely nothing in terms of value and quality. The food is amazing and this place is sure to leave you with a smile as big as it's burgers.

If you're in a hurry this isn't the place to be. If you're wanting to experience a 50's style greasy spoon without a shake or malt because the machine is ALWAYS broken with 80's pricing but bill reflects 2020 charge, then this is the place for you. Located close to the Admiral and Mingo Flea Markets it's a good alternative to the Mexican food Trucks. As for the taste and quality of the burgers, I'm betting it would be good as a take out as opposed to dine in. Dine in has to wait for their order because carryout takes priority. Dine in burgers sit on the counter long enough to become lukewarm and if you ask if that is your meal, you get told I'll get to it I'm sorry I have to get the carry out orders first.

First time going to Hank's and I really liked it. I got a cheeseburger and okra. The food was good and well priced for what you get!

We ate lunch here today for the first time. My husband, son, and I all got burgers. We also had chili cheese fries. They were busy the entire time we were there. The food was fresh and the service was great as well. The burgers were cooked well and the toppings and buns were delicious. The fry portions were large so we will probably get a smaller order next time :) We will definitely return.

Hanks Hamburgers is 5 star all the way! The prices are great! Staff so very nice and cordial! Had my bacon and tots just like I wanted it! Crisp as heck lol! Yum!!! I never realized how much I missed this place when I was a kid growing up riding my bike! I mean 80's music and cozy atmosphere who can beat that?!

We stopped when driving through Tulsa because of such high referrals. And we join in the praise. The staff were all very friendly, and burgers and onion rings we ordered were delicious and perfectly cooked. Will definitely stop again. Being a small diner doesn't deter at all from providing a great meal.

These are some of the best burgers I've had!! The meat is fresh and those toasted buns are awesome! The staff are the nicest people I've encountered at a restaurant!!! I had a double cheeseburger with bacon added and all of the dressings. It was very tasteful and delicious. This was my first time eating there and I will return again when I'm in the area. Next time I'll try something different but I'll still get a burger too. I recommend trying Hank's Hamburger's restaurant. Very nice and polite people. Don't worry about how the place looks bcuz the secret is what's inside. Thanks Hank's for the experience!!

We were recommended to eat here by a friend, and it was a great choice! I ordered a single and fries and my boyfriend order a double and okra and all of it was amazing and under $20. This may possibly be the best hamburger I have ever had. We will definitely be back next year during the Chili Bowl Nationals. The restaurant was small and cozy. We ended up talking with the people at the next table and everyone there was friendly.

Delicious double bacon cheeseburger plus workers responsibly wearing face masks equals awesome place to grab lunch to go! And the price is right, too!
